At present, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
We’re happy to offer free shipping on orders over $75. Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. You will receive two emails. The first will immediately be sent to the email you provided while ordering and will confirm your purchase. This is not confirmation that your order has shipped. Once processing and shipment has been fulfilled, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 business hours after your order has shipped to receive your tracking number. After leaving our studio, USPS typically delivers in 5 business days.
We do not accept responsibility if product says delivered by the postal service but customer claims to not have product - request signature confirmation if you have had trouble with packages disappearing! Any lost or stolen packages will have to be taken up between customer and postal service. We will accept responsibility if we put in a wrong address from what was given to us or if the package is lost in the mail with proof from postal service.
We do not provide expedited shipping at this time.
Almanac Organics is delighted to provide free shipping on all orders $75 and up. Shipping on all other order will be calculated based on weight and will be applied during checkout.
If you have any problems with your order, contact us. Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handcrafted and natural so slight variations and separation of ingredients is natural.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We happily replace any damaged items reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund. Email us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Again, please email us BEFORE you send back the item(s).
